Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Quality Systems, Audit & Compliance Leader to provide enterprise leadership for quality management systems, internal audit, and regulatory compliance across aerospace manufacturing and repair operations. The role owns enterprise quality standards and audit programs, supports FAA Part 145 repair stations and related aviation authority requirements, leads compliance assessments and corrective actions, develops site-level programs, and mentors quality and compliance teams. It is based at a flexible United States facility with approximately 20–30% domestic and international travel, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years in a leadership role, and is limited to U.S. persons.
