Oatey is hiring a Quality Systems Engineer at its Shakopee manufacturing and distribution site to create and implement quality management systems, conduct internal and QMS audits, manage audit reporting and management reviews, and train associates on quality procedures. The role requires prior QMS auditing experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, and familiarity with quality management software; ASQ or AIAG certification is preferred. The position includes quarterly travel to other Oatey sites and offers a compensation range of $67,078 to $103,971 USD, along with health, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
