Boston Scientific is hiring a Quality Systems Engineer II at Maple Grove to support the Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) process, including CAPA investigations, product and material nonconformances, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, regulatory compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders, mentors quality teams, tracks CAPA metrics, and supports site, regional, and global quality initiatives. It follows a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the local office, with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of medical device or pharmaceutical experience, and knowledge of CAPA, 21 CFR 820, and ISO 13485. The listed salary range is $71,500 to $135,800.
