Takeda is hiring a full-time Quality Systems Engineer, Lab Systems in Bengaluru to manage laboratory instrument connectivity projects and initiatives involving Chromatography systems such as Empower and Chromeleon. The role bridges business requirements and technology solutions, supports laboratory workflows, leads complex IT systems and projects, oversees architectural design, development, customization, integration, and vendor solutions, and participates in on-call support. Candidates need at least two years of experience administering, troubleshooting, and deploying chromatography or laboratory systems, along with technical troubleshooting, GxP/CSV validation, and English communication skills.
