Description
The Quality Systems Specialist maintains and improves the company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, supports internal and external audits, manages customer complaints and CAPA processes, monitors quality KPIs, and collaborates with cross-functional process owners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, at least five years of quality experience, and ISO 19011:2018 Lead Auditor and ISO 9001/14001 Internal Auditor certifications. It is a hybrid position based in Burnaby, British Columbia, with a salary range of CAD 68,000–85,000 plus potential profit sharing.
