Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor Quality Systems to lead the implementation, execution, verification, and validation of the local quality management system in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role oversees food safety and quality compliance, SQF and GFSI audits, HACCP, CAPA, document control, quality data collection, validation protocols, and continuous improvement, while directing employees and supporting the Quality Manager. A bachelor’s degree in quality management or a related technical discipline is preferred, and candidates need at least three years of progressive quality assurance or quality control experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or beverage, along with experience in quality system software, real-time data collection, and food safety audits.
