Description
The Quality Control Laboratory Technician performs analytical and physical testing of raw materials, finished products, packaging, and process materials; monitors production-line parameters; maintains laboratory equipment and records; and reports out-of-specification results. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of manufacturing quality experience preferred, familiarity with food-safety and manufacturing standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment with possible weekend, evening, and overnight shifts.
