MasterMold is hiring Quality Technicians for its Johnson Creek manufacturing facility on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products; identifying defects and quality trends; communicating issues; investigating root causes; using measurement tools and quality systems; documenting results; supporting corrective actions; and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspection, manufacturing, or a related environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on the production floor.
