An experienced Quality Technician will inspect machined parts and assemblies according to job orders and customer specifications, ensuring they conform to prints. The role involves measuring dimensions, comparing surface finishes, testing material hardness, and performing various inspections such as receiving, first-piece, in-process, and final. The technician will also conduct floor audits, analyze inspection reports, recommend process adjustments, train new employees, and maintain accurate documentation.
