Description
The Quality Technician will be responsible for processing various quality-related documentation, providing customer support for quality issues, isolating off-quality products, and conducting basic root cause analysis. They will also collect and monitor data for suppliers, maintain quality documents in Plexus, and support the Quality Manager. The role involves assisting with new models and R&D, updating manufacturing quality documents, and adhering to safety, quality, ISO 9000 and 14001, Associate Handbook, and 5-S policies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, computer, organizational, and analytical skills, the ability to read drawings and blueprints, and maintaining confidentiality.
