Description
The Aerospace Dimensional Inspection Technician performs first-article, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies using 3D metrology, scanning, CMM, and handheld measurement tools. The role interprets engineering drawings and GD&T, documents inspection results under AS9100/ISO 9001, collaborates with quality and customer teams, and supports root-cause investigations. It requires 1–3 years of dimensional inspection experience in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment, familiarity with metrology systems and CMM/DCC software, and U.S. citizenship due to ITAR regulations. The position is full-time and on-site in Irving, Texas, with a pay range of $25.00–$28.00 per hour and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
