Description
The Quality Technician supports Arden Hills commercial and development manufacturing lines by processing non-conforming product, assisting with yield fallout investigations and corrective and preventive actions, maintaining traceability and inspection records, supporting manufacturing instruction and process changes, participating in audits and failure analysis, and leading continuous improvement projects. The role is onsite five days per week and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills; an associate’s degree, NCEP certification, inspection and testing experience, and MES experience are preferred. The listed salary range is $43,368 to $73,736.
