Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Quality Technician, Lab Tech for its Carson location. The role performs complex mechanical and metallurgical testing on manufactured products, troubleshoots equipment and test data, conducts tensile, hardness, fatigue, stress-rupture, and other specialized tests, prepares test reports, calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment, and supports audits. Candidates need prior laboratory experience in mechanical and/or metallurgical testing or related training; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays and vacation, and a salary of $24.00 to $29.50. Visa sponsorship is not available.
