Description
The Quality Technician Lead performs product and process inspections, measurements, sampling, containment, audits, and root-cause investigations to ensure conformance with H&T Nevada specifications. The role also supervises and mentors quality technicians and operators, provides training, maintains inspection equipment, documents quality records, and supports continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-volume tight-tolerance manufacturing, hand inspection gages, laser profilometry, contractor inspection equipment, Yellow Belt Six Sigma, statistical process control, and ISO 9001.
