Description
The role performs laboratory and quality-control testing in a beverage production environment, including analysis of raw materials, finished batches, treated water, packaging, and other process materials; evaluation of product and packaging integrity; monitoring of process-control parameters; calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment; and reporting of out-of-specification results. The position also requires adherence to health and safety, GMP, food-safety, and customer-specification requirements, along with accurate recordkeeping and completion of assigned projects.
