Description
MacroFab is hiring a Quality Technician to perform in-process and final quality inspections of printed circuit board assemblies and electronic products, conduct first-article inspections, document nonconformances, support root-cause and corrective actions, and maintain quality records. The role also develops, validates, optimizes, and troubleshoots Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) programs, supports AOI machine setup and calibration, analyzes inspection data, and contributes to Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with electronics manufacturing, AOI programming, SMT, PCB assembly, IPC standards, and AOI equipment experience preferred.
