Description
MacroFab is hiring an onsite Quality Technician in Houston, Texas, to perform in-process and final quality inspections of printed circuit board assemblies and electronic products, conduct first-article inspections, support new-product introductions, and maintain quality documentation. The role also develops, validates, optimizes, and troubleshoots Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) programs, analyzes inspection data, and collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams on root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in electronics manufacturing, quality inspection, AOI programming, SMT, PCB assembly, and IPC standards is preferred. The position requires onsite work in Houston, valid United States work authorization, and does not offer H1-B visa sponsorship.
