Description

RightShip is hiring a QA Automation Engineer who will also serve as Scrum Master for a squad. The role combines hands-on UI test automation with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, TestRail, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines, including regression and UAT testing, with Scrum Master responsibilities such as facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching the team, and managing releases in Jira. The position requires at least four years of QA/automation experience and strong knowledge of testing methodologies, web technologies, Git, CI/CD, and Agile practices.

Additional Information

Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Preferred Qualifications: Prior Scrum Master experience or strong Scrum/Agile knowledge

Cross-functional collaboration across multiple geographies
Ability to work independently and balance QA and Scrum Master responsibilities
