Description
The Quality Verification Supervisor trains and qualifies Quality Monitors, manages in-process, audit, and finished-vehicle inspection systems, coordinates vehicle records and customer FIR audits, supports non-conformance containment and continuous improvement, and supervises quality activities across AM General’s local facilities. The role requires at least five years of manufacturing or quality experience, three years of supervisory experience, knowledge of manufacturing quality processes, communication and people leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid vehicle operator’s license. It is a hybrid office-and-manufacturing-plant position with local travel between facilities and physical requirements including lifting up to 25 pounds.
