HSBC is hiring a Quant Developer - Front Office to design, develop, and maintain Python and Java components for AI-driven features in the AI Markets platform and Digital Solution Group. The role involves building machine learning models, NLP techniques, front-end applications, and other digital solutions; collaborating with cross-functional teams; providing technical support; and improving products through system design, data science, generative AI, and Java development. Candidates should have full-stack Python and Java development skills, familiarity with databases and CI/CD, and strong data analysis abilities; prior experience in trading, quantitative analysis, or quantitative research is preferred.
