The Software Development Intern collaborates with colleagues and mentors to design, implement, test, and launch software applications or improvements to existing systems. Responsibilities include learning development tools and programming concepts, completing simple coding tasks, participating in design discussions and code reviews, documenting features, and incorporating feedback. The role requires current students pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field, basic Java programming skills, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and documentation skills.
