Description
The Quant Research Engineer will own and improve the firm’s core quantitative research and production infrastructure, including data pipelines, compute environments, deployment, monitoring, observability, and AI-assisted operations. The role partners with quantitative researchers and development teams, integrates new components, establishes engineering standards, and applies LLMs, agentic workflows, and other AI tools to accelerate research and engineering. Candidates should have 3–5 years of quantitative development experience or equivalent significant infrastructure and AI/LLM engineering experience, along with strong C++ and Python, large-scale data, cloud, parallel computing, and DevOps expertise.
