INCA Engineering is hiring a Quantitative Analyst – Complex Adaptive Systems to support DARPA program managers in developing, integrating, and scaling complex adaptive systems modeling and data-intensive analytical capabilities. The role combines quantitative economic modeling, econometrics, network and graph analytics, data engineering, and intelligence analysis to support strategic competition, industrial base resilience, and national security decision-making. The position is 100% onsite in Arlington, Virginia, with up to 15% travel, and requires a relevant master’s or PhD, at least five years of experience, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
