Verian is hiring a mid-level Quantitative Researcher to prepare, clean, validate, and analyse large and complex datasets for European and international public policy projects. The role focuses on EU Cohesion Policy, regional development, programme implementation, financial and monitoring data, and socio-economic indicators, translating quantitative findings into clear conclusions for policy audiences. Candidates should have quantitative research or applied social science experience, a relevant degree, strong data management and analytical skills, experience with Python, R, Stata, SPSS or similar, and excellent English. The position offers a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,300–2,900, a hybrid model, and remote-friendly arrangements for candidates in Lithuania or elsewhere.
