PMSI is hiring a full-time Quantitative Software Engineer for an onsite role in Henderson, Nevada. The position combines software engineering, quantitative analysis, financial logic, AI, and operations research to build production systems and expert systems supporting mortgage and financial operations. Responsibilities include developing SQL-based systems, ETL pipelines, APIs, automated workflows, financial models, risk and reconciliation systems, and AI-assisted development controls. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computer science-related field, typically 3–7 years of relevant experience, and strong C#/.NET, C++, SQL, MongoDB, API, ETL, and quantitative modeling skills.
