The role involves owning real business problems, developing analytical solutions, collaborating with teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and France, and driving strategy and operational improvements in areas such as pricing, assortment, customer lifetime value, logistics, supply chain, or automated warehousing. Candidates should have a quantitative master’s degree, 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, retail, or commercial roles, strong German and English communication skills, and proficiency with SQL and Python.
