Google is hiring a Quantitative User Experience Researcher to lead research for its Search Ads portfolio. The role sets and drives a research agenda, partners with product, design, data science, and engineering teams, and uses methods such as logs analysis, surveys, experiments, and behavioral data to produce rigorous insights. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, approximately 10 years of applied research experience, programming and statistical expertise, and experimental design experience. Compensation is $236,000–$329,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
