Galliford Try is hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Exeter, with work potentially spanning multiple sites and projects across the South West. The role covers tender analysis, measurement and valuation of construction works, interim valuations, contract administration, procurement, subcontract payments and final accounts, cost-value reconciliations, cost-to-complete preparation, cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting. Candidates should have main-contractor Design and Build construction experience, knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, a relevant degree, and RICS or IOB membership or progression toward professional membership. The position supports full-time, reduced-hours, or flexible working arrangements.
