Galliford Try is hiring a Quantity Surveyor based in Guildford, with travel across multiple sites and projects in the region. The role covers tender allowance analysis, measurement and valuation of construction works, interim valuations, contract administration, subcontract and design procurement, payment and variation management, final accounts, cost value reconciliations, cost-to-complete preparation, cash management, forecasting, and reporting. Candidates should have main-contractor Design and Build construction experience, knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, a relevant degree, and RICS or IOB membership or progress toward membership. The position supports full-time, reduced-hours, or flexible arrangements and offers agile working where appropriate.
