The role involves managing project finances, tracking budgets, working with commercial teams, and gaining practical experience in cost management, budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial planning while working toward a nationally recognised qualification. Candidates should be organised, numerate, good communicators, and able to analyse data and solve commercial problems; prior quantity surveying knowledge is not required.
