Description
The role is a Quantity Surveyor responsible for establishing client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, interpreting engineering drawings, preparing cost plans and budgets, measuring quantities, preparing contracts for tender and formalization, administering pre- and post-contract work, assessing variation orders and interim valuations, arranging payments, advising on contractual claims, analyzing repair and maintenance costs, and preparing progress reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Building or Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, at least two years of pre- and post-contract experience in a consultancy or main contractor environment, and the ability to mentor juniors and work collaboratively.
