Description
AECOM is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-contract consultancy and main-contractor projects. The role involves establishing client requirements, feasibility studies, interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing contracts and tender documents, measuring quantities, administering contracts, assessing variations and claims, preparing valuations and cost plans, allocating subcontractor work, and maintaining project progress reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree in building or quantity surveying or an equivalent qualification, 0–3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to mentor juniors and work collaboratively.
