Description
AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of aviation-sector experience to prepare and verify Bills of Quantities, develop cost estimates and tender documentation, evaluate contractor bids, support contract awards, monitor project costs, track variations and claims, and review invoices and payments for airside and landside airport development projects. The role requires an engineering diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree, strong cost-estimation and contract-management knowledge, proficiency with cost-estimation software and Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with airport authority standards.
