Altus Group is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support clients through the financial management of construction projects. The role covers cost analysis, estimates, cost plans, feasibility studies, trade and elemental take-offs, quantity measurement, variation and risk management, site valuations, cash-flow preparation, client relations, and advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials. Candidates need quantity surveying or construction management expertise, 2–5 years of relevant experience, professional body membership, local construction industry knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 AUD and an activity-based work model combining office collaboration with remote work.
