The role manages commercial and contractual administration across infrastructure projects, including NEC4 contracts, compensation events, payment applications, subcontract administration, cost forecasting, risk management, and client and supply-chain stakeholder engagement. It requires at least five years of contractor-side infrastructure experience, NEC contract expertise, relevant chartered membership, a degree in a related discipline, and strong analytical and communication skills.
