Description
The Quantity Surveyor will manage project quantities, cost estimation, budgeting, billing, contract administration, variations, claims, and cost control for infrastructure projects. The role prepares quantity take-offs and BOQs, verifies executed quantities, processes client and subcontractor bills, supports tendering and procurement, and maintains commercial records and cost reports. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related discipline and 5–15 years of quantity surveying experience in infrastructure projects; the role may be based in Bangalore.
