Avove is hiring a full-time permanent Quantity Surveyor for its Commercial Team supporting a major 12-year design and build framework agreement with Northumbrian Water Group. The role is based from the Durham office with home working and requires a full valid driving license. Responsibilities include managing budgets, financial reports, contracts, financial statements, client and subcontractor relationships, and tender support.
