The role is based from Brighouse with a home-working and office-based split and involves commercial compliance, subcontractor and construction contract administration, cost control, financial reporting, variations, claims, extensions of time, and contract close-out. A commercial background is ideal, while utilities-sector experience, a relevant degree, RICS or equivalent accreditation, and NEC contract knowledge are desirable.
