Avove is appointing a Quantity Surveyor to its Commercial Team for the Severn Trent Water account in Derby. The role supports commercial and contractual administration, financial monitoring and reporting, contract preparation, variations, claims, extensions of time, subcontractor management, payment applications, and tender information. It requires an HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, past experience in a similar position, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work within a delivery team with multiple drivers. The salary is £38,000–£42,000, with a company car or allowance, enhanced annual leave, and a company pension scheme; visa sponsorship is not available.
