Description
Cunningham is hiring a full-time Quantity Surveyor to report to a Senior QS and provide commercial support to construction project teams. The role covers cost and value reporting, cash flow, cost forecasting, commercial plans, subcontractor and supply-chain terms, subcontract letting, negotiation, financial accounting, client relationships, and mentoring junior surveyors and apprentices. Candidates need a degree-level quantity surveying qualification, at least four years of postgraduate construction experience with a contractor, commercial management and procurement experience, and knowledge of reporting and earned value analysis; UK and Republic of Ireland right to work is required.
