Description
Cunningham is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role in Skellefteå, Sweden. The position reports to the Commercial Lead and is responsible for cost and value reporting, cash flow, forecasting, commercial plans, subcontractor and supply-chain terms, subcontract letting, negotiation, financial accounting, client relationships, and mentoring junior surveyors and apprentices. Candidates need a quantity surveying qualification, at least five years of civil engineering experience, knowledge of construction contracts and law, commercial management and procurement experience, and the right to work in the EU at the time of application.
