Description
The Quantity Surveyor will review tender drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities; perform quantity take-offs and compare them with tender quantities; prepare technical queries for consultant clarification; coordinate with staff and departments to meet tender deadlines and project requirements; and apply local authority requirements, international standards, and POMI measurement methods. The role requires a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field, proficiency in MS Office, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD, and 3–7 years of fitout-industry quantity surveying experience.
