Description
The Quantity Surveyor will control project scope and costs during both the proposal/tender and execution phases of EPC projects. Responsibilities include analyzing engineering drawings, 3D models, and Bills of Quantities; comparing quantities against contractual baselines; investigating and explaining variances; preparing monthly quantity and cost reports; supporting subcontracting and Invitations to Bid; and benchmarking estimates against historical data. The role requires fluent French and English, knowledge of engineering disciplines, and experience on EPC projects.
