Ground Control is hiring a permanent Quantity Surveyor for its Landscape Design & Engineering division in a hybrid role based in Manchester. The role owns the commercial performance of large-scale landscape construction projects, managing budgets, cost control, forecasts, valuations, variations, contracts, procurement, subcontractor accounts, payments, risk, and commercial reporting. Candidates need a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, significant construction or landscape construction experience, and strong commercial, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Chartered status or RICS membership, large-scale project experience, mentoring experience, procurement scheduling, and multidisciplinary project delivery experience are desirable.
