Costain is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for its Gatwick Frameworks delivery team, covering projects for Gatwick Airport Ltd. The role is based at Gatwick Airport with one day per week at St Mary Axe, Liverpool Street, and involves managing and providing accurate commercial input across projects ranging from smaller to larger schemes. The successful candidate will ensure commercial activities comply with contracts, company policies, procedures, and customer or contract-leader requirements, while working independently or as part of an integrated team under the Frameworks Commercial Lead.
