Lancer Scott is hiring a new Project Cost and Commercial Manager to support construction and facilities management projects. The role involves reviewing construction plans, estimating and WIP support, budget and cost analysis, stakeholder coordination, contract and risk documentation, and site travel. Candidates need experience in project cost and commercial management for projects up to £3 million, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management plus UK construction or facilities management estimating experience.
