Description
Rendesco is hiring a permanent, hybrid Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple heat-network and heat-pump projects. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, the role manages budgets, forecasts, cost-value reconciliations, variations, valuations, progress claims, contracts, subcontract administration, supplier and client relationships, and commercial risk. The position requires a Quantity Surveying degree, relevant experience, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical, organisational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
