Description
Winthrop is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support multiple turnkey data centre construction projects across Europe. The role involves supervising procurement, monitoring subcontractor and supplier payments and variations, managing the project budget, communicating with clients, documenting scope changes, and preparing monthly valuations and final accounts. The position requires five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mechanical and electrical contracting, a relevant level 8 degree, and strong organisational and time-management skills; data centre experience is advantageous.
