Winthrop Technologies is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of data centre projects in Skelleftea, Sweden. The role covers cost control, budgets, forecasts, procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, change orders, contractual compliance, commercial reporting, and coordination with project and site teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a similar discipline, plus 3–5 years of quantity surveying experience in construction, with data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience advantageous.
