Winthrop Technologies is hiring an early-career Quantity Surveyor to support its commercial team on a major data centre project in Dublin. The role covers subcontractor packages, tender documentation, valuations, variations, cost monitoring, payments, reporting, commercial close-out, and liaison with subcontractors, clients, designers, and project teams. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
